[...} Mr W.A. O'Connell, County-Inspector, was appointed an Assistant Inspector-General of the R.I.C, for duty as Commandant of the Depot, Phoenix Park, Dublin, in succession to Mr. Henry Annesley Coxwell Rogers, who was killed by an accidental fall from his horse.
