That the Deft did steal seven geranium plants  and two geranium pots the property of Comp't Mary Revell at Newcastle in said County on the 29th day of October 1874. Def't to pay two shillings compensation to Mary Revell, one pound five and costs and in default of payment to be imp'd fourteen days.
