John Cartan
That animals, the property of Defendant, were found trespassing on land cropped with oats and barley and on common pasture; land belonging to Complainant, at Ballyredmond, in said County of Carlow. As follows:

1875 May -

  • 20th - 11 pigs on land cropped with oat and 6 fowl on land cropped with cabbages.
  • 24th - 4 fowl on land cropped with barley.
  • 25th - 4 pigs on common pasture land.
  • 26th - A goat and a lamb on land cropped with barley.
Decree for five shillings.
Costs one shilling and sixpence.
In 14 days - in default warrant of distress if required by the Complainant.
