James Farrell That cows the property of Defendant were found trespassing on land cropped with cabbages and potatoes belonging to Complainant at Ballyredmond in said County of Carlow as follows. viz:

Decree for ten shillings.
Costs one shilling and sixpence.
In 14 days - in default Warrant of Distress if required by the Complainant.
